Welcome to Cheapskate Moms!

This is a blog dedicated to helping others get through these tough economic times. It is not a “get rich quick” scheme nor are we selling all our secrets if you just send us $$$. It is a honest attempt to help others with advice, resources, and other tidbits that we have tried, found, and were told about that helped us stretch our limited resources. At this time, we have two contributing Moms who have been friends for years and traded tips almost from day one. When discussing how to keep track of tips that are found or told about it was decided that doing something online together was just the right fit.

Since they usually share tips they have discovered or been told about with all their friends, after some initial checking or actual use, of course. A blog seemed the most logical choice as now all they had to do is do a post and when them or their friends have time they could be kept up to date on their new finds. Since things are getting tight for just about everyone it was decided to make this a public blog and invite everyone to use them.
